MC-6237Powered Minecart cannot be opened to add coal.
Right clicking a powered minecart does not show the UI that allows you to add coal to it. Storage minecart works fine.

Right clicking a powered minecart does not show the UI that allows you to add coal to it. Storage minecart works fine.
Additionally it does not appear to receive any coal when it passes under a hopper containing coal.

there was never an UI for the minecart. thus making this a feature request. although I do agree with you that a UI would be nice.

Furnace carts need to be powered by rightclicking them whilst holding coal. Never had a UI.
Right you are, my memory fails me. Weirdly though it does seem to 'consume' coal if its placed underneath a hopper.
that's right. that's a bug. but that one has allready been reported
