MC-646My minecraft crashes when leaving creative inventory. Its been happening 1.3.1 - 1.4.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Guide - (For me, maybe only me) Go to Creative Mode
2. Open Inventory
3. Exit Inventory and it crashes (When you reopen Minecraft, everything is still saved and what you got in the creative inventory stays where you put it.)

MC-1102, but without posting the crash report I cannot be certain.Please, if you ever get a crash report, post it! It tells us exactly what went wrong and how to fix it. Without it, we have no idea what the issue it
