Randomly in some of your worlds, your character will be transparent when you have the Invisibility effect. In other worlds, you will be completely invisible. I am transparent in two of my worlds, but none of the other worlds.

Please clarify what you mean by 'in some worlds'. Note that invisibility may appear as a transparency under circumstances where players are of the same team.
I am in third person in both of these pictures.
In both worlds: Please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.
I think I have figured it out. It is about teams, and since in both of these worlds I am not in a team, it randomly chose visible or invisible.
