MC-6581Block Changes Type when struck
When a block is hit it will change it's type. From say stone to dirt. This happens as a complete change, so texture and block properties are changed.

I found nothing of this nature.
3 out of 5 world gens this happened on. Not 100% guarantied to happen like all good bugs. May take a gen or two.
