these two doors are rendered opaque when part of the texture is made transparent, despite the blocks themselves being transparent(allowing light through).
this causes problems if someone wants to make a version of the door with windows in their resource pack.

You can change block models in resource packs.
[~ericz1], but they shouldn't be opaque without changing the block models either. Note that this is a valid issue, as the new doors are supposed to be transparent (
MC-68090).Fixed since all doors now use the regular, old model (
MC-66985).
