Basically when you break double tallgrass for about a frame or so it changes to peony. The video above shows it, i slowed it down.

Over 275 people have already reported this bug. I am getting tired of saying "Duplicate of
MC-53439".Please be certain to search the database FIRST for the problem you are having as the majority of tickets submitted are duplicates. We've all done it. I did it the other day. We just have to try a little harder.
