MC-76338Items that instantly break go into blocks
When breaking an item that has instant breakage (torches,crops,sugarcane,etc.) it appears to go into the block and trying to place a block there, makes it come back. but breaking the block it is on makes the item really appear.

When breaking an item that has instant breakage (torches,crops,sugarcane,etc.) it appears to go into the block and trying to place a block there, makes it come back. but breaking the block it is on makes the item really appear.

I haven't noticed any problems like this, could you be more specific about what is actually happening?
I don't understand that fully. Please provide better steps to reproduce, maybe screenshots (yes, I know it's pointless to make screenshots of a block which get's instantly destroyed and replaced)
Ticket resolved as incomplete, because no answer in a reasonable amount of time (1+ year), if it still happens, please update the ticket.
