MC-91830Dispensers acting like droppers with normal arrows
When shooting an arrow out of a dropper the arrow will drop like from a dropper instead.
I checked with other "shootable" items and it seems like normal arrows are the only ones affected although I didn't have time to check every item in the game.

Windows 8.1, Java 1.8.0_65 64Bit
