MC-92756Can't open blocks with GUI in existing worlds
I was in my test world trying to open my chest and here was the result:
I right-clicked the chest and it went up for a tick and then it closed.
This works with hoppers, dispensers, droppers, crafting tables, furnaces, brewing stands, and enchantment tables.

Do you have commandblocks doing something with that chest?
What are the commands in those command blocks? Please remove them and try again.
Does this happen on newly generated worlds as well?
I think it only works in worlds created in 15w44b or later.
Create a new world in 15w47c. Is this world affected by this bug as well?
I'm so confused, There were no command blocks involved and not affected in 47c.
