Lighting bug when using hafl-slabs as ceiling
When using any type of half-slabs as ceiling in a building, thay don't properly block extronal light, and a weird lighted area appears arround the top part of the walls (some screenshots are attached). It acts a bit diffrent with upside down slabs.

Not Exactly. With regular half slabs it is, but the real problem is with upside down half slabs. In this case, the top half of the top blocks of the wall comes in ouch with sunlight, and the bottom half doesn't. The game doesn't no to render this, and the result is that the whole block looks like it's lighted - including the part that is inside the building.
1.10.2 smooth lighting
1.10.2 No smooth lighting
This is still a thing 1.10.2, as you can see in my screenshots. This is really annoying.
