The launcher just says to buy now even though If I check the website it says I own the heros edition for windows 7/8/10.

Try closing and restarting the launcher.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete.
