MCD-1200Visual Glitch, Grey flat surface intersecting Chest during Mission Ending Reward Screen
After completing mission, lost connection to Xbox Live, forced to Game Menu screen.
When loaded again, it loaded Mission Ending Chest Reward screen.
Visual glitch was present.
Video taken after opening chest;however, visual glitch was present before opening the chest.
