MCD-1301Speed Synergy not Working with Boots of Swiftness
Normally the boots of swiftness stacks with an equivalent boost of speed (ex. consuming a swiftness potion) and the total effect duration is simply extended. However, when using the speed synergy enchant the boost duration is the same, along with the level of speed. I tested this by running with boots of swiftness with and without the speed synergy enchantment and ended up running approximately the same distance. I was currently using the first level of speed synergy.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
