MCD-1512lost everything
Early today I was level 19 or 20 but I got a message saying "you don't have the ownership to this game" or something like that but later on I logged back in and It made me create a new character and my old progress/character has disappeared.

Did you reinstall the game when you saw the "unable to verify" bug?
It's probably because this game saves your progress locally instead of on a server. I had my game deleted because the power went out while I was playing ONLINE. Just requested a refund.
