MCD-1868Character Disappeared, settings reset.
Had a random power outage. Once I relogged into the game, it acted as though it was the first time logging in, asking about language and etc. It had deleted the character I had been playing on and reset the sounds and other options back to default. My character was level 24, all that remains is a level 3 character I had made earlier in the day.

I was lvl 41 and my pc had crashed i went to turn it back on and got into the game to find i had all progress lost to the point of having to watch the intro cutscene again and also setup my options and brightness settings... i had to make a new character as if it was my first time entering the game. im on xbox game pass
same here but im on pc.
