Andrew, I am not sure if this is exactly the problem but it sounds similar to
MCD-459. Go toMCD-459, that is where this issue is being recorded. Vote it so we can get as much awareness for this issue.thats not what happens for me minecraft dungeons just gives me error code
0x803F8001 and i cant fix it
