Here in the picture attached below. My feather artifact is in gray color.
It is not only unusable but also stuck. Meaning I cannot switch artifacts either. The slot three for that round of the game is permanently unusable.

Randomly, after a very intensive fight against many weaker mobs 2 of my 3 slots stopped working. It seemed hat after their timer had gone down to 0 they were stuck in cool down.
Hello, i'm experiencing the same bug with no resolution but to die.
Artifact slot is stuck as if item was on cooldown and can't be swapped nor used
