MCD-2393You can open the mini-map during a cutscene
The bug: During a cutscene you can open the mini-map and can hear the sound of it opening, but it won't show till the cutscene is over.
How to reproduce:
1. Load a level and wait till the opening cutscene appears
2. Press tab and you will hear the mini-map opening sound play
3. Skip or wait till the cutscene is over and see that the mini-map is open.

This is still an issue in the most current (1.8.6.0) version of the game.
