MCD-2543Loot doesn't drop higher than 106
After hitting power-level 107 in minecraft dungeons, the loot seems to have dropped to 100 through 104 for common drops, with a rare chance of 105 items and maybe one 106 item every thirty item drops or so.
When I was power-level 106 yesterday, I had been finding 106 and 107 items slightly uncommonly but not rare, and items lower than 104 stopped dropping. I had even gotten a 108 item which is what put my total power-level to 107.
I had played around 11 hours Yesterday and got hundreds of items either by drops or end of level chests or the blacksmith, and around 8 hours today also getting a hundred or two items but this time they were noticeably lower level than I was getting on average the day before.

106 is the maximum level for items. This is completely intentional and will probably not be changed.
That's not true, unless the loot system is bugged. I've multiple items 107 and even a few 108. A good number of people making videos, forum posts, and reddit posts also have 107-108 items.
Anyway, after playing a bit more today, the loot drops seemed to have fixed after leveling up a few more times, and now I've gotten a few more items above 106.
I noticed the same thing. I'm not sure if the shops sell you things based on your power level or the last mission you completed?
