MCD-2876Hero DLC doesn't appear in-game
HI.
I bought the Minecraft Dungeons from the official webpage (minecraftdungeons.net).
After play, I decided to buy the Hero pass extension. From launcher opened the "administrate account" and it sends me to account.xbox.com and there i find the store to purchase the Hero Pass.
After it, I have:
On minecarftdungeons.net it says I have ONLY the standard edition
On microsoft store it says I have ONLY the hero expansion
Both pages shows exactly the same account, but different purchases.
Game only loads the standard mode, and can't upgrade because the microsoft store app doesn't see the game installed (asks for a device and don't know if the device it shows is mine or not)
I found the minecraftDungeons.net accepts redeem key. Could I contact with anyone of support to give him my purchase reference of microsoft store to get the key to redeem it on the page and link both?
ps1: I searched on the bug reports and no one has exactly the same problem, is why i open a new one, but I feel the MCD-1383 has exactly the same problem I have but he didn't find the origin of the problem or the simple solution.
ps2: https://account.microsoft.com/ crashes everytime, it's the worst.

The Microsoft store version is incompatible with the Launcher version. You cannot buy the expansion on the store if you have bought the base game on minecraftdungeons.net.
Please contact Customer Support in order to sort this out.
