MCD-2889My power went Out and Deleted My Hero

https://www.twitch.tv/videos/639286087 go to the end of the stream and you'll see I was level 69 and power 89. I go to turn my computer again and then I see my character was no longer existing.

Showing all this proof should show that I indeed had that hero and it was deleted. Please give me my Hero back, I grinded the game a lot for this and all to be taken away makes no sense
