I was playing the game with my lvl 55 character then suddenly my pc froze so I had to restart it. This is not the problem after opening the game I found my character back to lvl 1 and has no items on it. I tried to restart the pc again and login out and in but still I lost all my progress. And I really do not know what to do 
. I really wish you guys could help me because I am just so sad. I bought the Xbox game pass just to play this game I swear. losing everything like that is just so harmful ;(. at first I thought It is kind of some updates but when I asked my friend he told me that It is not. So I really do not know what to do now. I guess I will just wait the answer from you guys . Have a great day <3
