MCD-2996Game keeps crashing and force closing
Been playing since release with no issue but starting this evening the game keeps crashing for both my wife and I on two different Xboxes. One is a standard the other an Xbox one X. Already tried cold booting both consoles and reinstalling the game multiple times.

Having the same issues. Been playing since launch, games currently unplayable.
Having the same issue on 2 Xboxes in our house - an xbox one x and an xbox one s. Both are randomly crashing back to the xbox home screen when playing in online mode (haven't tried offline yet). We had no problems in the first week of the launch - this issue started this week.
I researched online to find that many others are experiencing the same problem and it started this week or in the last day or so for them as well (search for xbox crash on the Minecraft Dungeons subreddit). Some have said to do a hard reset and sign out and back into your account on the xbox. I have tried both and it is still happening. Some are saying that their crashing stopped after playing in offline mode (but no online co-op then).
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and have tried moving the install to an external SSD but it still randomly crashes. Sometimes it happens after 5 minutes, others 15 minutes - I can't find a common denominator or recreate it at will.
Thanks for replying guys. Really wonder what's up cause I'm pretty sure there hasn't been an update since its release so I dunno why all of a sudden this would start. Hope they fix it soon. Just about finished with everything currently in the game but it's pretty much impossible to play long enough to complete anything now.
Having the same problem since yesterday. Followed all troubleshooting steps, including a hard reset of my Xbox one. At this point only happens in online game mode, apparently. Above, this issue is marked “Resolved”, but no link or info on how to resolve it, from what I can see.
I don’t understand how this issue is considered “Resolved”, or that it is duplicated by the issues cited as duplicates. They MAY be related, but it isn’t clear how, nor is it clear how this, or the other complaints have been resolved. Will they be addressed in a cumulative update? When?
I continue to experience the game freezing, making an ungodly noise, and then quitting on my Xbox one. This happens only in online game mode, but it makes it impossible to play with friends online. The game is significantly broken.
Yeah I don't know who's marked this as resolved but you are bad at your job.
