If like you, your account was reset in the last few hours, I am launching a class action against both Mojang and Microsoft. *
We have not had a game crash
We have not deleted any programs
We have not installed any new programs
The accounts are separate and unique
The accounts are on separate Windows 10 machines
The game was operating perfectly fine this morning, and now, we are back to lvl 1.
My entire family have been impacted by this.
I'm having extreme difficulty getting my children to bed tonight due to the teamwork and exciting family time of many hours invested since the release, as a family, during COVID lockdown, now being erased in the last few hours.
