Playing offline and was playing tier 2 Creeper Woods. Left the menu up for 30m when I came back I tried to alt+tab and the screen went black. Could still see the mouse though. Completely blocked access to the desktop/task manager/etc. Had to force quit the game.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
