MCD-3215Negative emeralds cause crashing
If you salvage a hacked/high level weapon, you get negative emeralds, causing the game to crash in every loading screen making it impossible to get in the game and play.
The way to replicate this is to edit a weapon so it has a very high power level and then salvage it and this causes it to crash

If you hack in items, you should expect these things to happen. However, crashes are still bad, so hopefully it gets resolved.
Crashes on Windows are collected and sent to Mojang automatically.
But yeah, if you want the game to behave properly, don't use hacks ^^
