MCD-3942Account Reset to lvl 1
I had been enjoying minecraft dungeons and had ranked up all the way to level 138 or 139 with tons of uniques and other items, However the past couple of days I have tried repeatedly to sign in and have been signed into my account which is now lvl 1, no items and nothing that shows any sign of past progress. I dont know what created this issue however prior I noticed pieces of gear dissapeared from my inventory and even certain spots on the map had become undiscovered. I have tried uninstalling and restarting the game several times to no success. I was wondering if there is any solution to my issue, with the new DLC I would love to play however I dont want to have to re grind the entire game.
