MCD-4116Hero data doesn't appear
A PSN account had a name change and so me and someone else went on to play, but then their hero data is gone. Apparently, this is a bug, as we found out and not data loss as this appears for other users too. We tried using Player 1's profile as Player 2, but the same thing happened. But when Player 1 switches hero, the data is there. I am typing this on a computer so I cannot send a picture or screenshot. I can only describe it. Thank you for your cooperation and I hope this is fixed as soon as possible.
