Was at level 110, next time I logged in, I'm at Lv64 with MINUS 81 enchanting points!!
I had been playing for a few weeks with no problems and had got to about level 110. Then I signed in to play a local co-op as I’d done most times before when I played, and suddenly I had dropped back to level 64 and I had -81 enchanting points. I also noticed that I gained back some old artifacts and weapons at much lower levels. However, none of it was enchanted so I had to level up again to get more enchanting points and salvage good weapons to get myself back to zero - which I did over the weekend. It also changes my current weapons that I made using. I know this because I hadn’t realised the glitch and started Creepy Crypt in Apocalypse VII and keep dying very easily, then noticed I had very insufficient armor and weapons which I had not chosen.
Then when I log in tonight, single player, and all is fine. My partner wanted to play co-op so he signed in and BAM, I’m back to level 64, this time with -71 enchanting points. I have checked and I don’t have any other avatars that I am mistaking for mine. I only have one. But this is extremely frustrating. Especially given all the time and effort used to get to where I am. My power remains the same (around 110), but going down in levels and constantly having negative enchantment points means I can’t get a new weapon and enchant it. I am stuck. Please help
- please note, highest level on screenshot is 92. I was much higher, I just didn’t have a reason to take a photo of it at that stage. When the error occurred, I was grateful to find one that at least showed I was much higher than it had brought me back to.

- There are 3 other people that use this xbox and none of them have had these errors. I always shut down/leave the game the correct way so I feel like this is more than corrupt data.
