MCD-4339Character Deleted
Good Morning,
My husband, kids, and I were playing Minecraft Dungeons on the Playstation 4. Our system went idle for a period and when we returned to the game his character (Playstation ID: IAMMYOWNALTEREGO) was deleted. He had reached over level 50 and had mostly unique gear. Is there away to get his character back? This was a huge hit to our family time as we all play together and now he was forced not to play because he was too low level to play on the same level as the rest of his family. Please advise if there is a way to fix this.
