MCD-4361Incorrect graphics
Hellou! I bought a Minecraft Dungeons fom my son. Game is running all OK, but something incorrect with graphics. See screenshot. All its black. Something incorrect with shaders? Particles and object we see, but backgroung totally black.
Can you make more graphics settings in game menu? Changing and swithoff shaders, for example. I have a AMD R9-285 graphic card, on son's computer AMD RX550. On both card this bug appears

Are you using the Launcher version or MS store version of the game?
What mission is the screenshot taken at?
I run an Exe file. See shots
This is starting screen. All black
2. This is Game Menu. All black along more
3. This is banner screen in game loading, there's all ok
4. This is Game loaded, game process. We see particles and sunlight.
5. This is graphics options
There's all settings? There are too small to adjust graphics
Wheh I ran game in first time, warning message appears that graphic card does not suitable... but no more this message appears. It's joke? Game runs only on NVidia cards? Or on moderm gamer's card 256-bit 8gb onboard? There is a something wrong. Maybe we can decrease graphic settings (but how to decrease more?) I was change all graphic settings but these stupid blackness does not gone out!
From exe? Both the Microsoft store version and the Launcher version use an exe in one way or another.
I will presume you are using the Launcher.
Please attempt the following:
✨ Setting Dungeons to run at High Performance (Launcher Version)
Open the Start menu > type “Graphic Settings” > press Enter
From the “Choose and app to set preference” dropdown box, select “Classic App” > Browse > paste the following into the Path bar:
OR
Click on Dungeons exe or MinecraftDungeons exe
Click “Add” then click on Dungeons exe or MinecraftDungeons exe > Options > High Performance > Save
Then reboot the computer.
Could you provide the full specs of both PCs you experienced this issue on?
Also, did you buy the title form the MS store or through the Minecraft Dungeons Launcher? If you are uncertain which, can you provide a quick video of launching the title?
