MCD-4524Blacksmith isn't working
When I put Luxury Merchant Bought item into Blacksmith and I do all missions the item won't upgrade it'll just stay the same level as it was prior so It's a waste of Emeralds (Tries to upgrade a single item bought from Luxury Merchant, 3 Tries) or it just won't upgrade Firebolt Thrower

every 10-80 I upgrade goes 90+ Firebolt Thrower Won't
I don't think it doesnt upgrade it at all, but maybe by a small fraction in the same power level. Maybe check if the ranged damage increases after upgrading.
