MCD-4603Dungeons does not work on my PC
Bought Minecraft Dungeons when it first came out. It did work at first for about a week. Then it would not open for about a month. We waited for Mojang to fix the bugs assuming it was because it was a new release. Then we got it to open to play, but it lags so much the game will not work and then we have to reset computer every time.
I have since bought a Nintendo Switch for my son's birthday and also bought MC Dungeons for it and it works perfectly.
I am requesting a refund for the PC version of MC Dungeons. Please refund in full as soon as possible. Thank you.
