MCD-4666Dungeons Spookey Season patch install crashed computer and my son lost level 43 character
Spooky Season patch was installing when it crashed the computer and my son lost his character he had levelled up to 43. He's very upset and so am I, especially since this bug has been reported in other formats before and nothing has been done to correct it. In the least you can add an automatic back up system. Is this what Mojang becomes when its purchased by Microsoft? Fix this or provide refunds.

Has got the same problem
After i see the new update and open the game i realise that i lost everything i made, my main character has been deleted and it only lets me create a new one. I am very upset because i had more than 150 levels, who wants to play the game in this condition...
