MCD-4755I LOST my items AGAIN
Hi, i'm player of the microsoft store version of the game, because i can not play in the launcher version (no detect my email)
I opened the game 15 minutes ago and with the new update of the game i lost more of 30 levels, all emeralds and all my items of the inventory. This is the third time that i have this error and the last time that i reported NEVER received my items back. I attach a image of my status today with the update and a clip of twitch with my status 12 days ago (I clarify that i continued playing after of that day) I want a solution for this and recover all my progress in the game because i'm not a new player i attach other image where you can see that "i'm not complete any stage of the continent and DLC's" (i lost my progress also).
Is a lot of time playing the game for lost all by this way and i want it back.
