When overlooking the square on Squid Coast there is a dirt wall on the right. There is a one-block gap between the dirt wall and the stone wall. When standing in the gap and rolling towards the stone wall you get stuck with no escape. Image for reference.

Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
