I bought Minecraft Dungeons for Windows, and activated the code on my MS account, but can't install it. On the MS store there is no option just to buy again, on browser there is no option to choose my PC to install on the game.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then do the steps listed in
MCL-16570help resolve it?This ticket will automatically reopen when you reply.
