I keep getting an error when trying to link my switch version of Minecraft Dungeons to my Microsoft account for online play.

I keep getting an error when trying to link my switch version of Minecraft Dungeons to my Microsoft account for online play.

Could you specify the error that appears please.
If the error states “service not available” and you have previously been able to login successfully, attempt the following:
Open Dungeons > Settings > Game > Configure online play > Sign out > sign in
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket had been set to 'Awaiting Response', but has not received a response from the reporter (~3 months+) so is being closed as Incomplete. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines which includes steps to reproduce the problem.
