MCD-4906Entire character slot lost (all items gone, skin reset)
Today, I loaded up Minecraft Dungeons, only to see the Accessibility Settings menu appear, then the Brightness, as if I had just bought the game. When I load into the main menu, I see that my character is entirely gone, with the skin reset to default. All of my progress was lost: Spelunker Armor, Frost Scythe, all of my 46 or so levels GONE. It still gave me Hero Pass status, as I had purchased that, but everything else was gone.
(Notice the apparent lack of level 46)

We are currently working on implementing cross saves and cloud saves, which should hopefully help in avoiding issues like this in the future. This is described in this article.
