I want permission to speak about my rights to the game. I bought the minecraft dungeons about a year ago, and this game had no mistake, I had the security of buying the dlc's, but when I bought the "howling peaks", I lost everything I won during this time. I made my complaint, you did not respond, did not adjust and did not give me satisfaction! I created another account that was better than the old one and I also lost it! so I would like to get my account back.

We are currently working on implementing cross saves and cloud saves, which should hopefully help in avoiding issues like this in the future. This is described in this article.
