MCD-5725My character deleted
Hello fellow admins!
Recently, my MCD character got deleted. I was power level 154 and working on beating higher apocalypse levels. Half an hour ago I decided toplay ancient hunts. I chose the equipment to sacrifice and just as I pressed start button my PC crashed and I had to restart it. When I entered the game I found out that my character was deleted and I couldn't find it in files. I would also like to mention that I have bought the season pass and hero edition and was one of the players who pre-ordered MCD. I love this game so much, but I have to stop playing now because I've lost all my progress. I hope there is a possibility to fix it.

We are currently working on implementing cross saves and cloud saves, which should hopefully help in avoiding issues like this in the future. This is described in this article.
We're tracking this issue in
MCD-1205, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress at this time.
