I decided to play minecraft dungeons today (of course) and the game was much slower than usual, so I decided to turn off and turn back on my laptop, when I came back in, the crash screen came up, I closed the page and then I went back on to the game, when I came in, the game was completely reset, it showed that I didn't have any hero, it showed that I haven't even touched any skins.
note: I don't know what versions are affected, but I was on the latest version

MCD-1205, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the newly added Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
