MCD-5871I purchased Minecraft Dungeons: Season Pass - Windows 10 and it OVERWROTE everything I'd achieved! I lost my all my inventory and my level!!!
I had previously purchased Minecraft Dungeons and my 6yo son and I had completed all the levels and runes and we were working on Adventure level. I purchased Minecraft Dungeons: Season Pass - Windows 10 so he could get Howling Peaks and more and it OVERWROTE everything we'd achieved! We lost all our inventory and level!!! My 6 yo kid is TOTALLY HEARTBROKEN!!!

MCD-1142, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the newly added Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
