MCD-5878Complete data wipe
After not playing for a couple of months, checked back in to see a full data wipe of my game, It saved my DLC's but that's it, all of my hours of progress gone, most probable reason is the cloud save feature needed to be completed during the first few months of being active, anyway, If possible, could I just have adventure mode returned to my save? I don't need gear. Thanks for reading this little problem.

We're tracking this issue in
MCD-1142, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the newly added Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
