I had recycled items in my inventory to earn some emeralds and after i just bought a random weapon at black-smith and when i reopenned my inventory, all my last stuff was here.

However, this issue has been temporarily closed as Awaiting Response.
Is this still an issue in the latest version? If yes, then what is the repro rate (how many times did it happen over the course of how many playthroughs)?
