MCD-5954Lighting Rod and Torment Arrows no longer produce souls when killing an enemy
When a mob is killed using the Lightning Rod or Torment Arrows, the mob no longer “drops” souls as of 1.9.1.0. Prior to 1.9.1.0, both items would produce a soul from a killed mob.
