I wanted to log in to my account today and play dungeons with my friends but then I saw that my score was deleted for no reason. I have spent a lot of time on the game (game data), and it is a pity when I do not get it again.

We're tracking this issue in
MCD-1142, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the newly added Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
