MCD-6118My character and my progress have disappeared
Hello good day. It's been a week since I connected to my Minecraft Dungeons account and I realized that I lost all my progress, my account level being empty and so on. It was level 57 and had quite a few items. I am a minecraft content creator and the last video I uploaded was from the snow dlc, at minute 23:31 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QVtxpz075pQ my level can be seen. I want everything I had with me since I invested a lot of time in it. My account name in Minecraft is Rhektran, associated with my XBOX account called Rhektran # 6516, which is where my Hero edition dungeons account is linked. Finally, it should be noted that I had Rhektran's name in the game and now I have Rhektran6515.

MCD-1142, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the newly added Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
