MCD-6246My friend's MCD character's .dat file contents got deleted due to a power outage
So I was playing MCD with a friend and their power went out, when they came back their MCD hero's data got wiped out of the .dat file (I'm guessing that their power went out EXACTLY when updating the file) They had a lot of unique items that we worked really hart to get. Is there any way that we can restore the account, or to get the account back we have to manually add the items in their inventory through the file? (Or start all over again)

MCD-1205, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
