MCD-6348My hero got deleted!
I shut down my computer after a short session, and when i logged back on to the game, it said "Cloud-sync enabled" or something similar to that. when i looked through my heroes, my hero was gone! Also, this right after I bought the ultimate DLC bundle.

MCD-1142, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate. If you would like to add a vote and any extra information to the main ticket, it would be appreciated.Unfortunately, outside of what you submitted to the Cloud Saves feature, we do not have the tools necessary to restore lost progress and/or corrupted/unreadable characters at this time.
